The 28th Excellence In Services International Conference was hosted by the Faculty of Organizational Sciences of the University of Belgrade, Serbia, on 28 and 29 August 2025.
The Conference welcomed Professor Dušan Barać of the University of Belgrade who delivered a keynote speech about “Excellence in Service Built on the Synergy of Digital Transformation and Emerging Technologies”, and Dr Milan Dobrota, founder and CEO of Agremo, who delivered a keynote speech on “Digital Services Excellence in Non-Digital-Savvy Environments and How to Get Close”
