20th Excellence in Services International Conference
2017 – University of Verona
The 20th Excellence in Services International Conference (formerly Toulon-Verona Conference) was hosted by the University of Verona (Italy). The conference included plenary sessions with the two following keynote speakers: Bosse Edvardsson, Karlstad University (Sweden) about “A service-dominant logic lens on Innovation”, and Paolo Braguzzi, CEO of Davines limited company about “Framing service innovation: the case of a loyalty program”. Conference proceedings include 62 papers concerning the 11 following areas of focus: banking, consumer-customer behavior, health care, higher education, logistics, public service, quality and e-services, quality and SMEs, sport, theory and methodology, tourism.
19th Toulon-Verona Conference “Excellence in Services”
2016 – University of Huelva
The 19th Toulon-Verona International Conference on “Excellence in Services” will take place at the University of Huelva, Campus El Carmen, Avenida de las Fuerzas Armadas, Huelva (Spain). It will welcome S. Karapetrovic and F. Alvarez Caballero as keynote speakers. As Excellence and Quality Management have been established as of paramount importance in Higher Education, Health Care, Local Government, Tourism, Banking, Logistics, the Conference looks at the role of Quality/Excellence, stakeholders, resources, processes, certifications, accreditations and labels, measurement and improvement in such institutions and activities.

2013 – University of Ljubljana
The 16th Toulon-Verona Conference was hosted by the Faculty of Administration of the University of Ljubljana in Slovenia. It welcomed Dr. Gregor Virant, Minister of Interior and Public Administration of Slovenia and Dr. Alex Douglas, Editor of the TQM Journal as guest speakers. Conference proceedings include 55 papers concerning the following six areas of focus: health care, higher education, public administration, tourism, finance & banking, and theory & methodology.

The 15th Toulon-Verona Conference was hosted by the College of Management Academic Studies, Rishon Lezion, Israel in 2012 and welcomed Prof. Ron Kenett as keynote speaker. Conference proceedings include 38 papers concerning the following five areas of focus: higher education, health care, public management, tourism, and theoretical and methodological approaches.

2010 – University of Coimbra
The 13th Toulon-Verona Conference was hosted by the University of Coimbra, Portugal in 2010. The conference welcomed the world famous Dr. Tito Conti, designer of the EFQM model and Prof. Pedro Saraiva of Portugal who paid homage to the late Prof. Gopal Kanji who largely contributed to the development and success of the Conference.
