Il Progetto di eccellenza del Dipartimento di Scienze giuridiche: Diritto, Cambiamenti e Tecnologie<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n

Il Dipartimento di Scienze giuridiche dell’Universit\u00e0 degli Studi di Verona \u00e8 stato selezionato<\/strong> dal Ministero dell’Istruzione, Universit\u00e0 e Ricerca tra i 180 dipartimenti universitari di eccellenza<\/strong> grazie al progetto di sviluppo quinquennale (2018-2022) “Diritto, Cambiamenti e Tecnologie<\/strong><\/a><\/span>“.<\/p>\r\n

Esso si propone di declinare la ricerca giuridica su temi di frontiera<\/strong>, in un’ottica internazionalizzata<\/strong> e multidisciplinare<\/strong>, innovando strumenti e metodi di indagine scientifica e di didattica. Particolare attenzione \u00e8 dedicata al diritto come strumento di governo dei cambiamenti<\/strong> e delle nuove tecnologie<\/strong>, nonch\u00e8 all’integrazione tra i risultati della ricerca con il mondo delle imprese e delle professioni, nella prospettiva di Industria 4.0. Sotto questo profilo, sono stati individuati due settori specifici<\/strong> su cui il progetto di eccellenza intende focalizzarsi, e precisamente quelli dell’agroalimentare<\/strong> e della moda<\/strong>, nell’ambito dei quali approfondire e definire il quadro giuridico di riferimento in un contesto produttivo caratterizzato da innovazione e competitivit\u00e0.<\/p>\r\n

All’interno del Dipartimento sono stati istituiti un Centro di eccellenza per la ricerca su Diritto, tecnologie e cambiamenti (Centro IUSTeC<\/span><\/strong><\/a>) e un Laboratorio di Didattica Innovativa (Innovazione Didattica e Apprendimento – IDEA<\/strong><\/a><\/span>), chiamati a coordinare, secondo le rispettive competenze e promuovendo approcci integrati, le attivit\u00e0 di ricerca e didattica che costituiscono il progetto. In particolare, presso il Centro IUSTeC sono accreditati i Team di ricerca<\/strong> che si propongono di sviluppare l’indagine e l’approfondimento scientifico sui temi del progetto di eccellenza, mentre il Laboratorio IDEA accredita i Laboratori didattici<\/strong> che promuovono e implementano nuovi sistemi di apprendimento delle discipline giuridiche.<\/p>\r\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]\r\n

The Excellence Project of the Department of Law: Law, Technologies and Social Changes\r\n<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\r\n

The Department of Law of the University of Verona has been selected<\/strong> by the Ministry of Education, University and Research among the 180 “Departments of Excellence<\/strong>” in Italy thanks to the submission of the five-year Excellence Project (2018-2022) “Law, Technologies and Social Changes<\/strong><\/span><\/a>“.<\/em><\/p>\r\n

The Project aims at developing the legal research according to innovative topics<\/strong>, through an international<\/strong> and interdisciplinary<\/strong> perspective, by introducing new tools and methodologies in the research and the teaching activities. Particular attention is paid to the role that law can play as an instrument to govern societal changes<\/strong> and new technologies<\/strong>, as well as to the mutual interaction between the research outcomes and the business and profession communities, with a focus on Industry 4.0. In this regard, the Project has specifically identified two sectors<\/strong>, namely the agri-food<\/strong> industry and the fashion<\/strong> industry, on which it intends to study and define the legal rules in an industrial framework based on innovation and competitiveness.<\/em><\/p>\r\n

Within the Department of Law two internal structures have been created, the Excellence Center dedicated to the research on Law, Changes and Technology (IUSTeC<\/strong><\/a><\/span>) and the Laboratory for the Educational Innovation (IDEA<\/strong><\/a><\/span>), which are called upon to manage the scientific and teaching activities according to the respective tasks and promoting complementary approaches. More precisely, IUSTeC accredits the Research Teams<\/strong> whose objective is to develop the research along the Project’s topics, while IDEA accredits the Teaching Laboratories<\/strong> that foster new learning and teaching skills for the legal sciences.<\/em><\/p>\r\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]\r\n
