The Annual Conference of the project “European Competition Law  – EuCL” is meant to provide an up-to-date discussion on the current developments of competition law enforcement in the EU. This year, the chosen topic is the digital economy and its impact on EU competition policy and enforcement, which will be discussed by prominent experts in the academia and the legal practice, as well as a representative of the EU Commission DG Comp.

The Conference falls within the activities of the Law Department of the University of Verona selected among the “Departments of Excellence” by the Ministry of Education, University and Research, and in particular the activities of the Research Team “Platform Law Research”.

It is also sponsored by AISDUE (Associazione Italiana Studiosi di Diritto dell’Unione europea).
