The 19th\u00a0Toulon-Verona International Conference on \u201cExcellence in Services\u201d taken place at the University of Huelva, Campus El Carmen, Avenida de las Fuerzas Armadas, Huelva (Spain). It welcomed S. Karapetrovic<\/strong> and F. Alvarez Caballero<\/strong> as keynote speakers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

As Excellence and Quality Management have been established as of paramount importance in Higher Education, Health Care, Local Government, Tourism, Banking, Logistics, the Conference looks at the role of Quality\/Excellence, stakeholders, resources, processes, certifications, accreditations and labels, measurement and improvement in such institutions and activities.<\/p>\n
