Welcome to the 22nd Excellence in Services International Conference!<\/span>
\nKnown in the past as Toulon-Verona Conference, the Conference was\u00a0rebranded in 2017 for its 20th anniversary to highlight Excellence in\u00a0Services as the peculiar research field of the Conference.<\/span>
\nBoth academics and practitioners are welcome to discuss current\u00a0issues, exchange information, knowledge and experiences across the\u00a0various domains of services.<\/span>
\nParticipants will find the opportunity to present their studies in a\u00a0friendly and informal atmosphere.<\/span>
\nWe invite authors to submit their papers from all relevant areas of\u00a0focus of the Conference.<\/span><\/p>\n

Scope of the Conference<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

Academics, researchers, managers, administrators, support staff in the areas of focus of the Conference are invited to submit theoretical contributions, empirical analyses, experiences, case studies or reflections aimed at quality and excellence in services.<\/p>\n

All submissions must be written in English<\/strong>, official language of the Conference.<\/p>\n
