Diletta Danieli is Post-doc Research Fellow in EU Law at the University of Verona, Law Department.
In 2017 she was awarded the Ph.D. title in European and International Legal Studies at the same University after successfully defending the dissertation “Competition and patent law in the pharmaceutical industry: crossing paths between the European Union and the United States”, which was drafted under the supervision of Prof Dr Maria Caterina Baruffi. During the doctoral studies, Diletta has spent a research stay at the New York University School of Law and at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition.
Since 2017 she is also lawyer at the Verona Bar Association. Her main areas of research and practice encompass EU law and private international law.
